I am a dedicated Registered Care Manager with over 15 years of experience in home care, specialising in delivering safe, person-centred care in the community. I oversee care teams, manage safeguarding and CQC notifications, and ensure full compliance with regulatory standards. I work closely with external professionals and families to maintain high-quality support plans and risk assessments. My focus is on leading a well-organised, reliable and compassionate service that promotes dignity, independence and excellent care for every service user.
