Care Worker (Mr. R) has always showed professional resilience towards my father on my father’s worst days, where days we the family members are not able to even get my father back into a good mood. Mr. R has always been able to get my father into a good mood and help him to have a much healthier mental wellbeing. The care that he provides to my father has also been recognised by my father whereby he has said he feels only comfortable with Mr. R.”
